Badung (Atnews) - “A Yogi is not bound by age, diet, gender, lifestyle or religion. Yoga sets you free” – Ashwini Guruji, Dhyan Ashram, India On 20th February, Dhyan Foundation conducted the 2nd Chakra Beej Kriya Session at Taman Shiva Loka, Monumen Perjuangan Bangsal, in Dalung, Bali, in collaboration with AT News and PA-PPPB.
Designed by Ashwini Guruji, the Chakra Beej Kriya is a set of asans and dhwanis that tap into the phenomenal power of our etheric layer (Pranamaya kosha / Aura) via the 6 major chakras; Mooladhar, Swadishthan, Manipoorak, Anahat, Vishuddhi and Agya.
Dhyan Foundation teaches advanced yogic techniques, mantras, and meditation. Inspired by the teachings of Ashwini Guru Ji of Dhyan Ashram, Dhyan Foundation conducts workshops, sessions, and retreats on Sanatan Kriya, Ashtang Yog, Science of Dhyan, Mantra Chanting, Science of Yagyas, Clairvoyance, Spiritual Healing, Divya Chikitsa Mantras, Chakra Beej Kriya, Art of the Mace (Gada), Vedic Martial Arts, Ayurveda, Tandav, and Stotras across the globe, free of cost, in line with the ancient Guru Shishya Parampara.
This Friday in Dalung, Bali, Dhyan Foundation volunteers covered the asans and mantras pertaining to the Mooladhar and Swadishthan chakra followed by Pranayama and Dhyan. Participants reported a sense of happiness and calm post session and were eager to improve their ability to hold these asans for extended periods of time.
Thousands worldover have benefitted from these practices and reported positive changes in their health, cognitive abilities, productivity, focus, and emotional stability, among other aspects. The efficacy of the practices taught by Dhyan Foundation can be judged by the manifestation of various deities in yagyas performed by Dhyan Foundation sadhaks, their interactions with certain divine forces and the revelations therein, as well as the siddhi of clairvoyance demonstrated in front of a live audience of 200 doctors at the Indian Medical Association, Mumbai - all under the guiding light of Ashwini Guruji.
As a precursor to these practices, Karmic Cleansing is essential. Hence volunteers at Dhyan Foundation devote most of their time and effort to the service of humans (particularly women and tribal populace), animals and environment through various initiatives including free food distribution camps, free education for underprivileged, women empowerment programs, rural development programs, rescue-treatment-rehabilitation of sick, injured, abandoned, orphaned and rescued animals.(Z/002)
